New Update Graphic 2023

The new year brings fresh improvements to make managing your business even easier! This month, we’ve made improvements, reintroduced some popular features, and expanded Zapier functionality. Check out the full list of updates below!

Client Management

  • When changing a client’s default billing settings, any existing make-up credits are now automatically adjusted to reflect the correct amount of time to be credited
  • We fixed an issue that was preventing changes from saving properly in a client’s default billing

Attendance

  • You can now add Group Notes directly from the Home Agenda
  • We fixed an issue that was preventing the “Convert To New Event” prompt to appear when marking a client as absent
  • We have reintroduced automatically saving unsaved session notes if you click away accidentally

Trainers & Staff

  • Single trainer accounts can now update their preferred session location from their preferences
  • Non-training staff that create sessions will now have their event trainer field left blank by default to reduce the risk of selecting the incorrect person

Accounts & Invoices

  • We made updates to ensure that transactions that are linked to attendance can not be edited without editing attendance
  • Cancelling the creation of an invoice after being prompted that an invoice with duplicate dates already exists no longer locks you out of the invoice creation process
  • We improved the method that is used to determine whether an invoice should be automatically marked as PAID (although you will still have the option to mark invoices as paid manually as well)
  • We fixed an issue that was causing the transaction category drop-down to close if there were too many characters typed

Zapier

  • Client & other account contact records in Zapier can now be searched by email as well as name
  • A client record sent to Zapier now includes specialty
  • You can now use Zapier to update individual client details
  • You can now use Zapier to add a payment to an account
  • Zapier can now receive a trigger that a new invoice has been created

General/Other

  • English has been added as a language option for all regions
  • Event date and start time are now required fields for SMS & email reminder templates
  • We have reintroduced a search function to notifications
  • Various cosmetic tweaks throughout
